collaboration blog

I think working in a group with different people has its benefits and its disadvantages. Everyone is different and everyone has different paces. Some disadvantages are, for example, is that it’s hard for someone to be in a group with people that leave things for the last minute or vise-versa. Or if someone is very productive and is wanted to do really good on a project and is working really hard to get things done but at the same time going all out and they know they won’t get it done if everyone in their group is not on that same state of mind. On the other hand working with people is a good experience to have. You get to meet people and are able to establish relationships and some even turn out to be long life ones. I personally like working in either situation, but if I’m working in a group they better be doing there work! :)

    yeah, i'm gonna have to agree on the suckittude of the groupie work... no seriously. i think everyone hates it. it depends on the project and who you are working with. you can learn a lot from different opinions, but different work ethics are often hard to adapt to. bOOya

    I completely agree with what you said about being in groups and there is that one person who likes it a certain way and just wants to do it all themselves but doesnt necessarily think they can get it done ontime. That's me sometimes and that's why i like your explanation! You go girl!

    SO yeah, what you said is pretty lagit and have to agree with you also. but i hate when other people dont do the work or when i have to work with other poeple i have to do the owkr when i dont feel like and so its kinda hard for me. but in a way its good because i force myself to do it which is a very good thing.LOL soooo yeah..=)

    You know what sucks in group situations is when two peoples ideas clash and no one can decide on which to do

    I think that working in groups is a good way to meet other people and establish good relationships. I also think that it’ not a good thing when your group members leave their work for the last minute. I know that when I work on my own I leave things until the last minute, but when I work in groups I tell my self to do it because I don’t want to let my team mates down

    ya i agree with you that different people have different paces and also the people who does things at last. i think people who does things at last aren't mean to work in a group.

    Dude I totally I agree with your post doggy. But you need to have trust a faith in your team. But there are those people that just don’t care. And that is not fair because they can ruin it for the team. But that’s why I like how we are able to vote as a team if someone is not doing their part, the team can kick them out and fail them
